Ready-to-camp booking terms

Booking terms and rules for ready-to-camp accommodations

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required at all times. On holiday weekends, a minimum of three nights is required. During Québec’s construction holiday, the minimum weekday stay is 5 nights.

  • Reservation deposit: 55% of the stay, payable by Visa or Mastercard.

  • Full payment will be charged to your credit card 2 days before the scheduled start of your stay. It is important to call us if your card changes. If payment is not made within the required time, your campsite reservation will be cancelled and your deposit retained.

  • Fees: A non-refundable booking fee of $3.75 is added to each contract.

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: A fee of $20.00 plus taxes will be charged.

  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: A fee equal to one night plus taxes will apply to each ready-to-camp accommodation cancelled. For reservations of 7 days or more, your deposit is non-refundable. You may still make a change within the same season at no charge.

  • Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. However, you may move your reservation to other dates within the same season, for the same number of days, at no charge. Please note that once you reschedule, your deposit will automatically be forfeited if you subsequently cancel, regardless of the reason.

  • Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. No changes to the reservation are permitted.

  • Cancellation 2 days or less before arrival: No cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of the reason. The full amount of your reservation will be charged to your card.

  • If you reschedule your stay, the deposit will be non-refundable if you subsequently cancel.

  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date and do not notify us, the ready-to-camp accommodation will be made available to others the following day and your payment will be retained.

  • A $100 credit card pre-authorization is required on arrival and will be released automatically 7 business days after your departure if no damage or theft is found. You are responsible for anything you break or damage. Please notify us on arrival if you notice damage beyond normal wear and tear or if any included item is missing.

  • Pets are strictly prohibited except in the Kamouk and the Accessible Méga Pod. Failure to comply will result in automatic eviction without a refund. You may not leave your dog alone in the ready-to-camp accommodation. It must accompany you whenever you leave, unless it is crated and quiet.

  • A cleaning fee of $10 per day applies if you bring your pet to an accommodation that allows pets.

  • Adding any extra camping equipment to the ready-to-camp accommodation’s site is strictly prohibited.

  • Please note that you may not park your vehicle directly on the site, except at the Kamouk, 85P and Accessible Méga Pod. Public parking is available nearby for your vehicles.

  • Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: noon. You may not remain on the site after noon.

  • Ready-to-camp accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

  • Campfires are permitted in designated areas and must never be left unattended. Outside firewood is not allowed, to prevent the spread of diseases in our beautiful forest.

  • Quiet hours begin at 11 p.m., after which noise is no longer tolerated. Out of respect for other campers, please also avoid making noise before 8 a.m.

  • Visitors are welcome but must pay an admission fee and leave before 10 p.m. No visitors will be admitted after 8 p.m.

  • Before leaving, you are responsible for washing your dishes and cleaning the BBQ, work surfaces and bathroom. The accommodation must be left clean, with all supplied items returned to their proper places. A $25 fee will be deducted from the deposit if it is not clean and tidy.

  • You are responsible for taking your garbage, recycling, compost and refundable containers to the designated collection areas.

  • Cutting wood, plants or shrubs anywhere on the campground is strictly prohibited.

  • Cycling is permitted until sunset and must be done safely, respecting the 10 km/h speed limit. Walking or cycling across another guest’s campsite is prohibited. Please inform your children.

  • The campground speed limit is 10 km/h. Failure to comply may result in eviction.

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults at all times, even when a lifeguard and/or activity leader is present.

  • Children must remain polite at all times when campground staff speak to them.

  • Swimming is permitted in the lake, but please note that there is no lifeguard, so you swim at your own risk. We accept no liability.

  • At the pool and lake, all children under 12 and anyone unable to swim must be accompanied by an adult, even when a lifeguard is present. Swimming beyond the ropes is prohibited at all times.

  • During the day and evening before quiet hours, low-volume music and noise are tolerated provided they do not disturb neighbours. We will ask you to turn your music off at 10 p.m.

  • Cannabis consumption is prohibited throughout the campground.

  • Anyone making verbal or physical threats against another camper and/or a Camping du Parc employee will face immediate eviction without a refund or right of appeal.

  • Camping du Parc management reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who does not comply with the rules, without a refund.
