Campsite booking terms
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. If you expect to arrive later, please call to let us know. If you would like to arrive earlier, call to check whether the campsite is available. If it is, an additional fee of $5 per adult will apply during high season and on weekends.
Check-out is at 1 p.m. If the campsite is available on your departure day, you may stay until 4 p.m. at no extra charge for stays of two days or more. Fees apply for late departure.
Camping equipment allowed per site: One camping unit and one screened shelter. Two tents are tolerated on certain sites, but a $35 fee applies to the second unit. Tents are not permitted on three-service sites.
Maximum 4 adults per campsite.
The campsite rental rate covers a camping group of 2 adults and 4 minor children. An additional fee of $10.44 per night, plus taxes, applies to each extra adult staying in the same camping unit on the rented site. An additional fee of $5.00 per night applies for each extra child.
Cats and dogs (2 per campsite) are welcome at no extra charge.
Minimum reservation: 2 nights at all times and 3 nights for National Patriots’ Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day and Thanksgiving. On weekends, Saturday arrivals are not permitted unless availability remains.
One-night reservations can be made only by phone, 48 hours in advance.
Group reservations: By phone only.
During Québec’s construction holiday, a minimum stay of 5 weekday nights, Sunday through Friday, is required. Around mid-April, restrictions are lifted for the remaining campsites.
Cyclists welcome: Bicycle campers are guaranteed an unserviced campsite at all times, at the applicable rate. However, we cannot guarantee a specific campsite without a reservation.
Reservation deposit: 55% of the stay, payable by Visa or Mastercard.
The final payment will be charged to your credit card 2 days before your arrival date, between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. It is important to call us if your credit card changes. If you do not pay the balance according to our policy, your campsite reservation will be cancelled and your deposit retained.
Fees: A booking fee of $3.75 is added to each reservation. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel.
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: A fee of $20.00 plus taxes will be charged for each campsite cancelled.
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: A fee equal to one night plus taxes will apply to each campsite cancelled. For reservations of 7 days or more, your deposit will be forfeited. You may still make a change within the same season at no charge.
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. However, you may move your reservation to other dates within the same season, for the same number of days, at no charge. Please note that once you reschedule, your deposit will automatically be forfeited if you subsequently cancel, regardless of the reason.
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable. No changes to the reservation or transfers to another person are permitted.
Cancellation 2 days or less before arrival: No cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of the reason. The full amount of your reservation will be charged to your card. For example, for a Friday reservation, cancelling from 8 a.m. on Wednesday onward means forfeiting the full amount of your reservation.
If you reschedule your stay, the deposit will be non-refundable if you subsequently cancel.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date and do not notify us, the campsite will be made available to others at noon the following day and we will retain your full payment.
