Campground rules
You should ideally arrive and set up before reception closes. If you are running late, call the campground to make arrangements, as the gate will be closed when you arrive and you will not be able to access your campsite.
1 camping unit and 1 dining shelter are permitted per site. An additional tent is allowed on certain sites, but a fee of $35 per night plus taxes applies. You must call beforehand to check whether this is possible. Tents and tent trailers are not permitted on three-service sites.
The base campsite rate includes 2 adults and all children under 18. A maximum of 4 adults is allowed on each campsite, subject to an additional fee.
Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. All campers must respect their neighbours and avoid excessive noise. We monitor the campground daily to enforce quiet hours. Please note that this is not a place to party after 11 p.m.
Golf carts are not permitted on the campground, except those used by our staff.
Dogs and cats are welcome and must remain on a leash at all times. Remember to bring bags to clean up after your pet, both on your campsite and during walks. A litter box is mandatory for cats. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for the environment and other campers, pets are prohibited on the beach, in the lake, pool and splash pad. However, there is a grassy area near the lake, pool and splash pad where you can relax with your pet on a leash.
During the day and evening before quiet hours, low-volume music and noise are tolerated before 10 p.m., provided they do not disturb neighbours.
Campfires are permitted in designated areas and must never be left unattended.
Outside firewood is not allowed, to prevent the spread of diseases in our beautiful forest.
Visitors are welcome but must pay the required admission fee. Any unpaid visitor admission fee will be charged to the camper renting the campsite.
Visitors must leave before 10 p.m. No visitors will be admitted after 8:30 p.m. Please note that visitor access codes are deactivated at 10 p.m.
Charging electric vehicles at your campsite is prohibited. Please use the designated charging stations.
You are responsible for taking your garbage, recycling and compost to the designated collection areas.
Cutting wood, plants or shrubs anywhere on the campground is strictly prohibited.
Cycling is permitted until sunset and must be done safely, respecting the 8 km/h speed limit. Walking or cycling across another guest’s campsite is prohibited. Please inform your children.
New rule starting in 2026 for all children under 14: Riding any electric device (scooter, hoverboard, skateboard, electric bicycle, etc.) is strictly prohibited, as required by law. For those over 14, helmets are mandatory. We will revoke riding privileges for any child over 14 caught exceeding 8 km/h on the campground. There have been too many accidents in recent years.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults at all times, even when a lifeguard and/or activity leader is present.
Children must remain polite at all times when campground staff speak to them.
Swimming is permitted in the lake, but please note that lifeguard supervision is provided only during high season. Swimming is prohibited when no lifeguard is present.
At the pool and lake, all children under 12 and anyone unable to swim must be accompanied by an adult, even when a lifeguard is present.
The campground speed limit is 8 km/h. Failure to comply may result in the camper or visitor being evicted.
The consumption of cannabis and any other drugs is prohibited throughout the campground.
Anyone making verbal or physical threats against another camper and/or a Camping du Parc employee will face immediate eviction without a refund or right of appeal.
Camping du Parc management reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who does not comply with the rules, without a refund.
